About the Session: The “Triple Transition” Framework
In an era marked by rapid technological change, geopolitical volatility, and climate imperatives, resilience is no longer built on a single pillar. The ability of countries, regions, and international alliances to withstand major shocks and stresses requires a coordinated advancement of three interlinked transitions:
AI and critical technologies,
Low-carbon energy and sustainable sectors, and
Defence innovation and strategic capabilities.
The “Triple Transition” framework emphasises that these three domains must be developed and funded together, at speed and scale, rather than in silos. This panel will bring together leading policy and technology voices to discuss emerging ideas, key barriers, and practical pathways to help governments and firms navigate this complex transformation—while also strengthening public trust in these transitions.
This event is being organised by StateUp and the Pranava Institute, with Aakhya India serving as the logistics and outreach partner.
